Welcome to OUR NEW WEBSITE

We at Equal Adventure are excited to announce the launch of our brand new website!

We want to provide a clearer message about what Equal Adventure is about, which is to inspire and deliver sustainable change through inclusive adventure and active lifestyle interventions. Our new site should help visitors find it easier to navigate and find specific pages with links that will suit everyone regardless of their background.

Some extra good news is that it should now also be more accessible for screen readers and mobile use!

Founder and owner, Suresh Paul hopes that the response will be positive and help people understand the level of care and attention the multidisciplinary team brings to the inclusive adventure expeditions and active lifestyles the charity and nonprofit support.

We are aiming to launch the Ingenious Expeditions by the beginning of November at the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) Explore 2021 Conference.

The Cairngorm National Park expeditions will take place with the Boma 7.5 Handlebar and joystick All Terrain Wheelchairs. The Boma’s are also used in a range of off-road and on-road environments and are made by Equal Adventure Developments Ltd.

The Equal Adventure Charity Boma demo fleet is a great opportunity for adventurers and their families with mobility requirements to get out in the Cairngorms National Park. Participants will be supported by a guide and experience the unique beauty the area has to offer.

The charity and nonprofit are also honored to be the recipient of the Geographical Award from The Royal Geographical Society (RGS) with the Institute of British Geographers (IBG) in 2021.

Dr. Paul states, “The true goal and passion of Equal Adventure is to make a difference to individuals in Scotland with complex needs and quality of life. We hope to support families, individuals, and communities to get outside safely and meaningfully to engage with outdoor activities and active lifestyles. We want people with disabilities to take a fuller part in expeditions and field sciences so that everyone can contribute to the UN sustainability goals regardless of disability or impairment. We can do this by removing the barriers faced by disabled people within field sciences.
